Hi guys,
I just got a new job and happily dissolved my espionage status. I went from job to job and I started this week, so it's been crazy. I LOVE IT here at my new office. Lots of excitement. Oh, I work at The National Council of La Raza. It's a research and policy firm. I'm a writer and editor. Thus far, I've contributed to Senate Committee memoranda, press releases, written pieces for publication...I love it!!! It has face paced deadlines, great Latino issues (immigration, criminal justice, health care). I'm very satisfied. Plus, they offered me a great package. I feel very lucky.
Any way, Tina...I love NYC. My people and I take frequent trips up there. I will definitely meet up with her whilst there if she's into it. Is she interested in attending church? I understand your concern for her. Wow, NYC. What area is she going to live in? I know Manhattan very well...feels like home.
Ooo, will return...back to work.
xoxoxo

my niece will probably move there in about two weeks. she's visiting right now and found a job, but is looking for an apt. she is staying with some friends for a little while until she finds a place she can rent. i think her job is in manhattan, but she's looking to live in brooklyn? i'll let you know more when i know more. i really do want you to check on her. she's not really into the church right now, but i think she might try to find some lds roommates. i don't know though. any suggestions on wards to attend or places to live? thanks!
