Have you heard of thegrocerygame.com? It is a coupon site that gives you a list of what is on sale at your store this week and what matches up with coupons so you are getting tons of stuff for not much money. The idea is stuff goes on sale in 12 weeks cycles and so this week might be yogurt, cereal and oatmeal, next week is frozen pizzas, bagels and pudding. You stockpile what is on sale.
We are down to about $65 a week for grocerys for all 5 of us. (that includes our diet coke habit and diapers or it would be less). And we eat less fast food because I've got so much stuff here
