Hey guys, this is the gaunach cake I made a while ago. Steph wanted to see a picture of it so here it is. It isn't that beautiful or anything but it was yummy and fun to do. I really haven't made very many cakes and now I would like to learn how to do some more, ya know like with faundant (sp?) and different stuff. Anyway, this really isn't AMAZING but here it is.

does the ganache pour on or is it spreadable? my ganache is pourable, but i'd love a spreadable kind. i'll try your recipe.
There is a filling in between the layers that is spreadable because it's whipped really well. But the top is just poured on. It was so tasty!!
