my breakfast recipe

BAKED APPLE FRENCH TOAST
1 large loaf french bread
8 eggs
3 c. milk
3/4 cup sugar; divided
1 tbl. vanilla
5 apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbl. butter

slice the french bread; place it in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Beat eggs, add milk, 1/4 c. sugar and vanilla - beat together. pour 1/2 of the egg mixture over the bread; peel and slice the apples - place on top of the bread. pour remaining egg mix. over the apples. mix remaining sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the top, bot with butter. Bake 35 min @400*
