I think we need to all get together and make this cake. Could it actually be as delicious as Etores? I have never made such an elaborate recipe but it really does not seem hard, just very time consuming. But I have had bad luck before with almond paste even though I love it. I think I want to go to Albaqurque (DANG! why is that so long and hard to spell??? KA-THY??)... anyway, go there for spring break? What do you think? I have no idea for sure but we could make the lovely princess cake then!
