Here are a few shots of our new place. Sorry, it's a little messy, but thought I'd send them anyway. Also, here are the cookies I made for Robin's shower. They looked better as I had more practice. For a dessert party we went to last night, we also made/took fall cookies (pumpkins and leaves) that had three different orange-colored icings and crazy designs. They were a hit.

We purchased the kitchenaid at an awesome price. We have an amazon.com visa. If you buy off of amazon you get three points for every one (translate into $25 amazon gift certificate increments) you would normally get. Anyway, we'd been watching kitchenaids, and I happened to find what they call a Friday deal. Random. Anyway, it was Friday, at like 10 p.m., and I happened to take a look and it was on sale. So we used several of our amazon $25 gift certificates and purchased the rest. I think shipping was free. Maybe the whole thing cost $170 or so. Sweet deal!
