Hiya. Tina I just purchased this mini madeleine tray. And I wanted to make mini madeleines, but using your lemon egg (muffiny) recipe from way back when. So, they will look like this (see parfait dish) but will taste like your eggs. Do you ever use or still have the recipe for this au citron delight? Also, Steph said you had the wonder recipe for sugar cookies. I'm making some for a bridal shower, and I need to make the dough tomorrow. If you have it handy, please send it my way. Thanks!
