well, I have had this website up in the background several times since you sent it to us yesterday. Only one wildebeest so far but I am very excitted about the whole thing!! I did hear some loud roaring and running but it was not on screen. The sounds are so pleasant. I am listening right now. Thanks Em!!

Okay, so we saw the rhinos. We also saw a hyena-type large dog fox thing. It would sneak up to the water and take little sips here and there. Anxious guy.

Right now there is a herd of deer-like animals. A little blurry, so I can't tell what they are, but they're all eating.

Oh my gosh. I just watched monkeys eating and walking around! I have to get back to work.

wow! it's your lucky day, nanc. i saw the deer-looking animals. were they springbok? that was pretty cool.

em, do you ever see anything at night?

I think the herd of deer looking things were impala (this morning) also saw zebra and those wildebeest again

At night I rarely see much but I did see a jackal and a hyena so I keep checking in occasionally

We don't have sound right now but people have told me there are really cool sounds to be heard

That sight is totally addictive!

we did have sound the other day and kept hearing really cool sounds. we heard some grunts and some pounding and constant crickets. it actually made me feel all summery because we just left the window open for a long time.

i'm wanting to see a zebra, but so far we haven't had any luck.

i'm loving this, em. thanks for setting us up!!

OK!!!!! I am totally bummed. I am missing all the good stuff. I have it on constantly and have seen almost nothing. Last night we saw two ducks (whoppie) and then they got a little too National Geographic for just a minute!! Vaughn thought that was pretty darn funny.

So, try and keep me posted! call me so I can see too. It seems they are pretty active in the am for you guys so call me. even if its 6:30 am here.

I just saw monkeys. There was a baby monkey too! Steph, I called you, but it's way too early. I hope it didn't wake you up actually.

Really cute baby baboon! Steph, you didn't answer your phone!

I heard we missed a lion there earlier today- maybe that is why animals seem scarce

Well, last night I finally got to see a bunch of zebra, impala (I think) and a herd of wildebeests that had some tiny new little babies!!!! So cute.

I'll have to try and wake up extra early to check becuase it seems like that is the perfect time!

Hey! I just noticed the sound is back on! I love the sounds...

Last night about 9:30 pm CA time we watched an elephant for about 20 minutes. Awesome! It made my kids go to bed way too late though. But it was educational right???
