Supertars! part 2

The kids were in another performance at Adventure Theater. This was their biggest parts so far. The play was a Russian Wizard of Oz and Abby was the scarecrow and Zac played a munchkin and the guard of the Emerald City. They both had solos and did a fantastic job!

So cool! I love the costumes. I'm not getting how it would be Russian, though. More info on that, por favor!

I would have never had enough guts for that!

Duh, I misspelled stars! Ah, that's what you get for typing with a kid hanging on your arm yelling for "ba-ba juice"

It was called Vasilisa the Beautiful based on Russian folk tales. The witch was Baba Yaga. The music was set to Russian folk tales. It did have a scarecrow, woodsman and bear. Vasilisa has a doll that comes to life (kind of like ToTo) They were going to see Tsar Boris at the Kremlin. It was kind of half Vasilisa, half Wizard of Oz.

Me neither! I didn't notice the spelling until you said something. It must be like those mass emails that I get that have a paragraph where all the vowels are gone but you can still read and understand it....or it's that right side of the brain kicking in.
