Thanksgiving Stuff

HAPPY TURKEY DAY!!!! Here's our bird. I think that I should have browned in longer to make it purdy but it was still tasty!
Right before the blessing on the food. Everything was so good! My favorite new thing this year was Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes. SO GOOD, they didn't need gravy! The stuffing was yummy, too. Least favorite thing: yes, the brussel spouts. Not because they were brussel spouts but because the recipe was...just off. Next year, brussel spouts with something creamy or my old but always good stand by, butter, garlic salt and lemon pepper.
It has been 70 degrees here forever! Which is unusual but Thanksgiving night about 8pm I take a look at my window and found a bunch of wonderful snow! I knew it would melt by the afternoon so the kiddos and I went outside at like 8 in the morning and played. Jake and Sam LOVED it, of course.
Jacob is a great snow ball maker...and THROWER.
We all got chilly and had to come inside for Jake and Sam's first hot chocolate of winter.
Okay, this is something random but I HAD to get you this info: Today Scott, the kids and I went to Costco and I found this AWESOME appetizer set up for 20 bucks!! I thought it was such a great deal so I had to tell you. So look at your local Costco and see if it's there.

Hope your Thanksgiving was awesome. I saw your photos, Tina, and they looked great.

Have a great day!
