today berrett and i are celebrating (sorta...) our 16th anniversary. since we just got back from our very long trip, we both have a ton of catching up to do with work, plus our kids just started school again, plus other things, so our celebrating consists of getting some delicious mexican take-out. but, my sweet berrett, cheers! (as if i drink, and as if he reads our blog!)

Ahh.. what a happy couple... Congragulations!
Sasha just said "I wish lila, and davis and adam could live here forever. so we could have two moms and two dads. and I wish they could sleep in the night. Half could go in our car half could go in their car."
"do we have lots of aunts? like aunt tina and aunt mona? We have lots of aunts." She is sitting here by me. Needless to say we miss you all very much.
Love the photos! It's weird how time goes by so fast! 16 years, that's crazy!! I didn't realize that mom had that little couch for that long. Wow.
I also love those white globe things in your reception photo.
Congratulations!
I wish we all lived together too. So we could have lots of aunts and uncles.
Loved seeing all of your great photos. What a fine man you have married. He has so much integrity and is full of surprises. I can't wait to see the next chapter about abominable snowmen or strange superheroes. Soon we will be watching him on the big screen.
You both have been such great parents and it shows in very fine, creative children. We have so enjoyed getting reacquainted with Davis, lila, and Adam. We had a wonderful time with all of you.
We'd love to be called to Iowa on our mission...
Happy anniversary ! We love you, mom
ha, kathy! i had that exact thought about the green couch! mine started with 'hmm'--did yours?
i love sasha's cute comment. she was so fun! i felt so great that she wanted to be with us and i'm glad she's still remembering us. you need to get a webcam! we've been ichatting/skyping with both starks almost everyday since we've left and it's made me feel so connected still! i'd love it if you got one!! and mom, i'd love it if you used yours with us!! it really is so fun!
mom, anywhere in the midwest is good--we'd come visit you anywhere within a 10 hour drive! (just pulling that # of out nowhere, so don't put much stock in it.)
