Have you guys seen Kung Fu Panda? Just yesterday, Jake got an invitation to a birthday party for a son of one of my friends here, Summer. The invitation was a Kung Fu Panda invitation. We hadn't seen the movie but I noticed it was coming out to rent today. So on my way home getting milk and soda, I checked it out from the redbox in my grocery store. We watched it with the kiddos this morning. It was great! Love Jack Black. It was very funny. Scott and I were laughing through the whole thing. If you don't like Jack Black, maybe he'll annoy you but we liked it! Very you're-more-powerful-than-you-think-and-believe-in-yourself kind of movie. Go see it!

Kung Fu Panda

We haven't seen it and the commercials didn't look that great to me so I was all set to skip it... but from the rave review maybe we will check it out. I usually like Jack Black- except for that Nacho Libre dud! (I know you all LUVed it!)
yes, we saw it and loved it, too. we saw it in the theater, so it's been long enough that we would probably enjoy renting it, too. adam loved it!
emily, you have to watch nacho libre several times--it gets funnier every time.
I think Nacho is best in small episodes. Instead of sitting and watching the whole thing, just watch about 1/2 an hour. That's when it is funniest to me. Then you can practice your accent and the crazy, non-sensical lines. Then you'll love it for sure!! :-)
Yes, I love that movie. I always use red box to check out new movies before I buy them. We loved it so much I went a bought it without the kids knowing and will give it to them at Christmas.
