Good News!! Our house offer got accepted by the owners! Now, since it is a short sale, we just have to wait for the bank to accept the offer which could take 4-6 months. Here's hoping for it going through fast!
PS my email is dead this morning. Yahoo won't let me do anything. Annoying!!!
