daily bread

I know two posts in one day is a little much, but I've been thinking of this and I didn't want to forget. I'm interested in what everyone is eating. I get sick of planning meals, so tell me what you eat. I've saved my grocery lists for the past month and I will offer a list of my meals for you. If you eat different things, post a list of your daily meals and we'll exchange ideas and all be edified and rejoice together. How does that sound???
Here's my list:
1-bbq chicken(crockpot using 'cookies' bbq sauce-very tender)
2-spaghetti w/ meatballs
3-ham/brie/apple panini sandwiches
4-tuna casserole (which i don't love, but my whole family worships!)
5-burritos
6-bruscetta thing (crusty bread slices with goat cheese, red onions, sliced tomato, sea salt, black peppa, a little olive oil on the edges, toast like pizza, drizzle with balsalmic vinegar when it comes out of the oven....tasty!! It's a meal for me, but I usually give Berrett some soup or chicken to hearty it up.)
7-curried carrot soup (easy and delicious!!-recipe below)
8-hawaiian meatballs (turkey meatballs with this sauce of pineapple, green peppers, etc. over rice. i'll post the recipe if you want)
9-pizza
10-homemade macaroni and cheese
11-zucchini soup
12-hot veggie sandwich (good bread or ciabatta/ciabatini with roasted red peppers, red onions, zucchini, good cheese, etc.)
13-clam chowder
14-zucchini fontina pizza
15-chicken quesadillas (roasted chicken, sauteed red onion, fontina or colby jack cheese, cooked on good tortillas, topped with good salsa from our good mexican restaurant)
16-mushroom soup
17-macaroni grill pasta thing (stephanie's recipe)
18-feta/spinach frittata thing (feta, spinach, onion, white rice, eggs, topped with grape tomatoes--kinda quiche-y)
19-curry chicken (i use a good curry paste with some coconut milk, beans, etc. over basmati rice)

List your meals when you get a chance and if you want to.

CURRIED SOUP WITH CARROTS
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound onions, chopped
3/4 pound carrots, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 potato, peeled, chopped (i've used the frozen cubes hash brown things and they are easy and perfect!)
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
4 cups canned low-salt chicken broth
2 tablespoons all purpose flour

Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium heat. Add onions and carrots. Cover; cook until onions are tender but not brown, stirring occasionally, about 12 minutes. Mix in spices; stir 2 minutes. Transfer 1 1/2 cups onion- carrot mixture to blender. Add 2 cups broth and flour; blend until smooth.
Bring soup to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until soup thickens, stirring occasionally. Season soup to taste with salt and pepper.

We are very boring.. meatloaf, stuffed shells, spaghetti, pancakes, bbq chicken, pizza, chicken potpie

But I like to see what all you fancy cooks come up with. Cooking just isn't something I enjoy.. more a necessary evil

Hey, I loved looking at your guys' lists of dinners. Here is a long (maybe too long) list of the regular stuff I like to make. I make monthly meal plans for usually every other day, counting on that we'll eat leftovers the next day or two. I write the main dish only along the what page and book the recipe is in. I HATE thinking "What am I gonna make?" So I love the feeling of not worrying about that. I'm real flexible too, so it works for me! Tina, I loved the idea of those paninis. I make them sometimes and I'm totally gonna try that brie and ham and apple kind. Yummy! Well, here's my list:

-Crock pot Challupa (I think we might have this during CC)
-Boarder Pie (a bean, barley and bulger dish aka cheap)
-Quiche
-Multigrain Cass.
-Blk Beans& Rice
-Pasta w/white Beans (w/ swiss cheese yum)
-Creamy Lemon Chicken (I could eat this stuff all day, of course it does have heavy cream)
-Chicken Cacciatore
-Tacos
-Broccoli Lemon Pasta
-Spinach Linguine
-Mac & Cheese homemade
-Pollo Relleno
-Chicken Enchiladas
-Lasagna (I use the no boil noddles, not the greatest but still lasagna)
-Beef & Scallops
-Pot Pie
-Jap. Curry Chicken
-Tamale Pie
-Chicken Quesadillas
-Mini Pizzas
-French Dip (so fast)
-Rachel Ray's Pizza w/ fresh basil I LOVE IT
- Rachel Ray's Buffalo Sandwich w/ bleu cheese sauce
-Paninis
-Nachos
-Pecan Chicken another Rachel Ray's
-Stir-fry
-Brats on the grill
-Alfredo Pizza
-Chicken Salad Sand.
