All Ya Need is Love...& a Big Ol' Box of Chocolates

So Scott and I went out to eat the day before Valentine's Day because we didn't want to go out in all the crowds on Valentine's Day. But I still wanted to make a nice dinner. We had this really yummy Korean Beef crock pot dish and then I made this chocolate ganache tart. Pretty good. I'm going to put a post of it on our food blog but I have a baking question for ya'll so go there and give me your input.

And after some begging, Scott got me a nice big box of See's candy. Man, that thing will last forever! Thanks, Scotty!
