I thought I would update a little and post some photos of our newest cutie and some photos of projects I've been working on. Here ya go: Seth is smiling a ton lately. We love it.

He, like most babies, is a bio-polar baby, where he's happy one second and screaming at you the next. But he actually
is pretty happy.

One of my good friends here made Seth this sweet onesie! Hilarious! We love it.

This is a growth chart that I just finished. I've wanted one for a while and that friend that made Seth the tie onesie happened to be creating one herself so I copied the idea.

I like the idea of being able to move it where ever you go. I bought this awesome fabric from that awesome fabric story about a mile away from our house. Very cool stuff.

I even attached a pocket on the back for a pen. Although I still need to make the first marks of the kiddos heights.

My other project: Little boys ties are kind of hard to find, even harder in mini size so I found a super easy pattern on line and made all my boys matching velcro ties for Father's Day. I didn't want to be left out so I made myself a fabric bracelet. I really like 'em. Scott didn't even mind that his was velcro, too. I might graduate to make him a real tie one day but that won't be any time soon.
I really love the fabric, also from that awesome fabric store. It's a
batik type which I'm always drawn to when I see it. That store has 100's of beautiful batik fabrics.

The results! Here they are, at church on Father's Day. What a good looking bunch, huh?

Here we all are. This stump in the front of our church building is perfect for taking photos.

So very cute!! The fabric is great too. Your hair is getting long. It looks gooooooooood!!
that stump is perfect! i love those pictures! (and ties, and wall thing, and YOU!!)
Absolutely love the matching ties. You guys look awesome and I bet everyone at church loved it. Seth is adorable all flopped over on Scott's arm like that. Cute as can be!
In the landscaping video they work with tons of batik so that might appeal to you more...
Mom and I think you could leave the "6" off the growth chart..heh heh... (If I ever made one, I could leave the "5" off of it too.)That's way better than marking up a wall/door you can't take with you. I love the stuff you make.
Yeah, Becky, that "6" is totally wishful thinking. Maybe we'll have a tall relative that ventures into the 6-foot-land.
I'll look into that landscape quilting. Sounds cool.
